Forecourt Cleaning Process

1. Chemwash your Canopy and Pillars.

Our heavy-duty degreasers are engineered to cut through oil, grease, diesel, and stubborn residue quickly and effectively. This foam solution is made in New Zealand for Industrial Buildings. We then clean off the foam with our steam cleaners.

2. We Steam clean your Canopy and Pillars.

Most forecourt structures are filthy due to the nature of the business. This is why we use our two-stage approach. Cold waterblasting does not give the best result. We use a hot water blast to ensure your forecourt looks its best.

3. We Deep Clean your Signage.

The biggest advertising investment is normally the signage for gas station owners. For signage, we use a light foam sign cleaner to lift the dirt and soot, followed by a good rinse with distilled water to ensure your signs look like new again. We don’t use steam to clean signs.

4. We Attack those Forecourt Stains.

We use an imported concrete cleaner to lift oil, petrol, and diesel stains. We leave this solution to agitate before we use our special concrete cleaners to finish the job. Sometimes it takes us a few attempts to get the best results. We can not guarantee to get rid of old stains completely, but we try very hard to do so.

5. Flat Surface Steam Cleaning.

To clean your forecourt area and entrance to your workshop, we use our flat surface cleaners. We make sure to clean from the roadside covering your forecourt area. The reason we use these flat surface cleaners is the consistency of the clean. Using waterblasters can work, but they won’t give the best even result for street appeal.
