Exterior Commercial Building Cleaning.
Below is an overview of the Smith and Co. procedure for cleaning the exteriors of commercial buildings. Since this is our primary focus, we possess the necessary tools and expertise to ensure the task is completed to the highest standard at an affordable price. The process below does not include your roof.
Exterior Commercial Cleaning Process.
1. Chemwash your Building.
Our heavy-duty degreasers are engineered to cut through oil, grease, diesel, and stubborn residue quickly and effectively. This foam solution is made in New Zealand commercial buildings. We then clean off the foam with our steam cleaners.
2. We Steam clean your Building.
Most commercial exteriors are filthy. This is why we use our two-stage approach. Cold waterblasting does not give the best result. We use a hot water blast to ensure your building looks its best.
3. We Deep Clean your Signage.
For signage, we use a light foam sign cleaner to lift the dirt and soot, followed by a good rinse with distilled water to ensure your signs look like new again. We don’t use steam to clean commercial signage.
4. We Attack those Carpark Stains.
We use an imported concrete cleaner to lift oil, petrol, and diesel stains. We leave this solution to agitate before we use our special concrete cleaners to finish the job. Sometimes it takes us a few attempts to get the best results. We can not guarantee to get rid of old stains completely, but we try very hard to do so.
5. Flat Surface Steam Cleaning.
To clean your car park area, we use our flat surface cleaners. We make sure to clean from the roadside covering your entire carpark area. The reason we use these flat surface cleaners is the consistency of the clean. Using waterblasters can work, but they won’t give the best even result for street appeal.
6. Distilled Water Rince.
By this time, your building would have dried enough to rinse with distilled water. The reason we do this is that a lot of commercial buildings have colorsteel cladding with concrete, and using the pure water method will give your building the shine it deserves.
7. We Polish your Windows.
The final step involves cleaning the windows using the classic squeegee and blade technique. We utilize a specially imported glass cleaner that contains an antistatic formula, ensuring your windows stay cleaner for an extended period.
